"I cannot say enough good things about Wayne’s Pump Service or recommend them highly enough!
After being told by another popular company’s technician that our well was dry, and later being told by the owner that the well likely collapsed and that there was nothing more that could be done, we decided to seek a second opinion. A couple of our neighbors recommended we call Wayne’s Pump Service and it turned out to be the best decision we could have ever made.
From the very beginning, they demonstrated incredible integrity, professionalism and compassion. Even though I know they were extremely busy, they made room in their schedule because they knew we had been without water for over a month. That level of care means so much to our family.
After what I am certain was an already full work day, Tom arrived just before 5pm on a Friday evening, in the rain. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem, instead of making assumptions and put a lot of thought into how he could figure out what was going on with the well in the quickest most cost effective way. Through his experience, expertise, and determination, he discovered that the obstruction was actually a pump that had overheated and melted to the plastic pipe. He went the extra mile and worked until 8 pm pulling over 300ft of casing to remove the obstruction. That kind of work ethic is rare these days. At one point a metal piece from the failed pump became caught on the metal pipe leading out of the well, preventing the obstruction from being removed. Rather than giving up, Tom came up with a solution and asked if we could have a neighbor use his backhoe to carefully excavate around the area so he could get to the obstruction. On Monday morning at 8 a.m on the dot, Tom called to see if we had been able to get the area excavated and when I confirmed that we had he said he would be out to finish removing the obstruction and repair the line our neighbor had accidentally cut during the excavation. His persistence, problem-solving skills, and determination to see the job through were truly impressive. He and Andy arrived later that day and successfully removed the obstruction. They worked hard, installed a new pump, repaired our line,and restored our water service!
Tom is the epitome of what it means to be one in a million and a true Godsend. What impressed us most was his willingness to keep looking for answers when the situation seemed hopeless. He was knowledgeable, honest, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Thanks to his expertise, we avoided unnecessary costs and now have a working well. Wayne’s Pump Service saved us thousands of dollars!
A special thank you to Traci, who was always kind, prompt in returning my calls, and genuinely compassionate about what our family was going through. Being without water for over a month was incredibly stressful, and her kindness, understanding, and responsiveness made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.

Great Customer Service
"As part of purchasing a home, Wayne's Pump Service conducted a well test and potability test for us. They were very prompt in scheduling the tests and getting them knocked out for us. Although we're no strangers to living in a home with a well, we are "newbies" to a well in the mountains at 7,000 feet altitude with a storage cistern. They were very patient with all of our questions and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend to others and will use them in the event we have any need for service on our equipment!"
